Christin will share the history of Victory Gardens during war times as well as her experience building modern ones. With recent concerns about GMO’s, scarcity and supply chain disruptions, growing your own food has never been more timely. Her passion is educating people about growing at least a portion of their own food. She will show you how to feed yourself whether working alone, with your family, or as part of a community effort.
Christin is a life long gardener and has always had a vegetable garden plus some specialty gardens for her fiber art and herbal interests. She lives in Wolfeboro on a small farm with her husband and assorted animals.
